SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all UK orders. Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping rate prior to checkout.
Transit Time
Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays.
Ariella’s Beauty reserves 48 hours for processing from the time an order is placed before it is transferred to our carrier and leaves our warehouse for shipment.
Ground Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
Refund of Returned Package
In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Ariella’s Beauty,, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Ariella’s Beauty by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return an item, you must notify Ariella’s Beauty within 7 days of your order being delivered and obtain a return approval. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at ariellasbeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
